In-Home Cat Sitting

I have been a pet lover for as long as I can remember, cats especially! My family lived in a popular stray drop-off area, so I grew up taming and loving every kitty I could get my paws on! My soul kitty showed up on my doorstep in the early morning of my 18th birthday - it was truly meant to be. Since graduating college, I have been working at Wired Whisker, the cat cafe in Duluth! During that time, I’ve continued to build my experience socializing cats, administering medication, and providing everyday care. I’ve helped support over 200 cats on their journey to finding the perfect forever home! Therefore, I will provide your kitty/kitties with:

My parents have owned and cared for cats since I was a child, and 1.5 years ago, I adopted a rescue cat of my own! I have worked as a cat caretaker for two years at Wired Whisker, Duluth’s cat cafe, where I care for up to 18 cats at a time administering basic medication, feeding, scooping litterboxes, and helping them grow more social around other cats and humans.

Specialty: senior + special needs
I’m a 100% cat-focused sitter with nine years experience as a cat mom, and seven years of experience as a cat foster, having fostered dozens of cats, specializing in seniors and special needs kitties. I’ve cared for everything from bottle babies to feral cats, and I have hands-on experience with TNR, giving insulin shots, checking blood glucose, and administering oral and transdermal meds. While I’ve loved and cared for all kinds of animals (even llamas!), feline care is my focus and true passion. I know how important routine is for cats, so my goal is to keep them comfy, happy, and stress-free while you’re away. As a cat mom myself and someone who’s written nearly 100 blogs on feline care, I’m all about providing the same level of love and attention to your cats that I’d want for my own. I also love sending updates so you can relax, knowing your kitties are in great hands!

Your local purrista here to help! I've been working at the Wired Whisker cat cafe for close to 2 years, taking care of up to 20 cats at a time! During my time there, I have helped administer oral medication along with the other responsibilities that come with cat care! Outside of that, I had my own fluffy girl for 2 years where I helped care for her and her special urinary tract!

Pet Care Experience:
I've grown up with dogs ever since I can remember, though I only lived with one in my teens! I helped care for him through the last of his late years up until he passed, so I also have experience with caring for seniors and those with mobility issues. I've also had experience caring for multiple cats at a time for 4 years. If they're furry, I'll most definitely want to pet them!
